As an ELY Sports customer, you have the right to return/exchange the product you purchased within 14 days from the date of receiving your order
If you wish to return/exchange any product in your order, the condition of the product must comply with our return policy:
1- The returned product must be in its original condition with the price tag (ticket) not removed
2- Keep the original product packaging.
3- The product to be exchanged/returned must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging
In case you received a wrong/defective item we are really sorry for this. You need to contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item to help you with this matter.
Contacting us later than 48 hours might delay the return process to investigate your inquiry, and it would take up to 5 working days.
If your inquiry is found to be invalid, you will keep your product as it is.
In case of exchange: the exchange is for the same model/color only of the same product with a different size.
Pictures of the product to be replaced must be sent to us, clear pictures of the product from all directions, showing the price tag and the original box, in order to confirm and accept your exchange.
The return takes 5 working days until it is received and checked, then the refund process begins.

The exchange takes 3 working days in Cairo and Giza, and within 3 to 5 working days in the rest of Egypt’s governorates to be delivered.

If the order was paid in cash upon receipt, you can now choose between:
1- A voucher code for the next order within 24 hours of the product’s arrival and inspection.
2- Wallet (Vodafone / Etisalat / Orange) cash and refund within 3 to 5 working days
3- A bank account within 3 to 14 working days, depending on the bank’s period.
* The value of the order will be refunded to the same payment method if your order was paid by Valu, Sympl, Sohoula, or through a bank card. In the event that the amount is returned to the same online payment method, it takes 3 to 14 working days for the amount to appear on your account again.
If the product is returned in a condition other than its original condition, the product will be returned to you again.
Delivery and refund fees are charged from the original order value during the refund. (non-refundable).
You cannot open your order and then return it immediately with the shipping representative once received, but if you have any problem and would like to return or exchange your order please follow our return policy.
If the item is faulty from our side, a full refund is guaranteed
Please note that personal use products (Socks, Shoes , etc…) cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
1- All orders are shipped from us via an express shipping company to all parts of Egypt.
2- After submitting the order, you will receive an email with the order number and that it has been confirmed by us, so it is necessary to add your email when registering the order to receive details of your shipments and the latest updates on them.
3- Shipping costs are determined based on your location and the products in the order. The delivery value may vary in the same order based on the number of pieces, the difference between the seller for each piece, and the weight of the shipment.
4- You cannot open your order and then return it immediately with the shipping representative once received, but if you encounter a problem and would like to return or exchange your order, please follow our return policy.
5- You can return your shipment or replace the size of any product in your order within only 14 days of receipt.
6- If there is any problem with the product, it must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the order so that we can return or replace it.
7- Shipping, return or exchange costs are deducted from the order value or accounted for by the customer and are non-refundable in case of return.
*Delivery times:
Delivery takes place within one working day to a maximum of 3 working days in Cairo and Giza.
And within a maximum of 3 to 5 working days in the rest of the governorates.
* Cancellation:
You have the right to cancel your order at any time, but you must tell us the reason for the cancellation so that we can inform the relevant department to confirm your cancellation of the shipment.
In the case of prepaid orders, the amount of the canceled order will be refunded to the same payment method within 3 to 14 working days as a maximum.

3% handling fee applies on canceled orders made through a credit card.
